Suzuki Outboard DF350A - New design and the breakthrough of technology

Suzuki Marine, a pioneer in the design and manufacture of four-stroke outboard engines, is proud to introduce its latest product, the DF350A. With an output of 350 horsepower, the Suzuki DF350A four-stroke V6 engine is the largest and most powerful outboard engine ever produced by Suzuki to date.

Breakthrough Design

After more than three years of research and development, the DF350A represents a major milestone in both technology and breakthrough design.

The DF350A—a 350-horsepower V6 engine—is equipped with advanced features, including dual counter-rotating stainless steel propellers mounted on a single shaft, dual fuel injectors for each cylinder, and a high gear ratio. Most notably, the innovative use of a second propeller significantly improves propeller grip on the drive shaft and enhances overall engine efficiency. At the same time, the torque applied to the shaft is reduced, allowing the drive gears and gearbox to be designed in a more compact size.
