“Suzuki Clean Ocean Project” – Commitment to Marine Environment Protection
On August 16, 2025, Delta Maritime & Industrial Co., in collaboration with Suzuki Marine Vietnam, carried out the “Clean Ocean – Ocean Waste Collection” campaign at Doc Let Beach, Ninh Hoa, Khanh Hoa.
The program brought together more than 30 volunteers, including members of Suzuki Marine Vietnam, Delta staff, local residents, and tourists. Together, they collected plastic waste, nylon, and other non-biodegradable trash to help restore the cleanliness of the marine environment.
This meaningful activity not only contributes to a cleaner coastline but also spreads the message of protecting our oceans and preserving a green, clean, and beautiful environment. As part of the annual global initiative by Suzuki Marine, the project highlights the company’s long-term commitment to working with communities worldwide for a waste-free ocean.
The “Suzuki Clean Ocean Project” has been carried out annually since 2010, demonstrating Suzuki’s commitment to marine environmental protection. In addition to this campaign, Suzuki has also taken other concrete actions such as reducing plastic packaging and integrating microplastic waste collection devices into its engines
